In this unit student will learn the value of paper making and come to appreciate the cultural and
historical ties.
Using UDL as a basis as well as supports for students with ADHD and other processing needs I have created an ideal classroom layout.
The central focus is for the students to understand the basics of interpretation while working on their watercolor imitation artwork.
On the first day of classes students will participate in a Safety Net activity. Students will create their own set of rules and ideals of safety for the school year.
Students will be able to create art that is representational and nonrepresentational with inspiration drawn from the artist Earnie Barnes.
The elements of art are the visual tools that the artist uses to create an artwork. The principles of art represent how the artist uses the elements of art to create an effect and to help convey the artist's intent.
